They demand to understand that this is improper treatment of their customers and will consequence in consequences for them if they don't resolve it.
3) Exist Polite But Persistent
Don't requite up if you lot don't get a response within a few days. Keep trying until you get through to someone. Simply don't always permit yourself to be frustrated or flustered with someone on the phone or through e-mail. Showing common courtesy equally well as professionalism will always get you much farther than ranting and raving will.
4) File a Complaint With the Ameliorate Business Agency
If you cannot resolve this with the local shop or with the corporate headquarters, I'd suggest filing a complaint with the Better Business concern Bureau. There are some good tips here if you plan to go that route.
